The Mexican tots I had at the Harvest festival were incredible, loaded with pickled onions, sauces, and cheese, especially with the addition of pork. Chibby Wibbitz consistently impresses with their flavorful dishes; our wedding guests are still raving about the food weeks later. If you see their food truck at Crimson & Gold or Anschutz, definitely stop by for a delicious meal that includes great vegetarian and vegan options.
