The apple strudel is delicious, though it would be even better if the apple skins were removed to avoid their texture and taste. Their breads are consistently flavorful and made with unbromated flour, which I appreciate for its health benefits, and favorites like Asiago Basil and Lemon Mint White Chocolate stand out, especially when toasted. Customer service is excellent, with the family being kind and accommodating, and they often sell at farmers markets where their products tend to sell out quickly.

The apple strudel is delicious, but it would be even better if the apple skin was removed for a smoother texture. The products made with unbromated flour are a healthier alternative to those made with bromated flour commonly used by other bakers. My personal favorites are the Asiago cheese and Asiago Basil bread, especially when toasted to perfection.
