The food truck visited our workplace and the sliders were absolutely delicious, making our Saturday workday so much better. The shrimp boil my husband and I shared at Food Truck Friday in our neighborhood was flavorful and satisfying. Mile High Cajun is my ultimate favorite food truck, with their Bowl featuring grits, Pork Belly, and BBQ Shrimp being a standout dish that is rich and packed with flavor.
