The best in town

I indulged in a slightly pricier meal from Saj Yummer Truck at an event on the Auraria Campus, but it was worth it for the quick, delicious, and somewhat healthier option than other fast food choices. My chicken plate with generous servings of hummus and rice, accompanied by garlic sauce and bread, all for under $10, kept me satisfied. My friend's massive falafel sandwich impressed her so much that she asked for an extra cup of the delightful garlic sauce, which the friendly staff happily provided at no extra cost.
