Moving here from New York, I had been searching for authentic Puerto Rican flavors and finally found them with this food truck that truly reminds me of the mom-and-pop spots back in Brooklyn. The menu is fantastic, featuring dishes like mofongo, jibaritos, and empanadillas, all bursting with rich, well-seasoned flavors and generous portions that often leave me with leftovers. The staff is super friendly and quick, and I always make sure to text my order ahead to avoid the wait and enjoy the fresh, delicious food whenever they're nearby.
