The food here blew me away, especially the pho with its amazing veggie broth that's packed with fresh flavors, and the portions are seriously generous. The service is friendly and attentive, and Tony himself makes every visit feel welcoming and personal. I've tried a lot of pho around Denver, but nothing compares to the melt-in-your-mouth filet mignon and Kobe beef options they offer-definitely worth the drive.
