Yoshi the owner, whom has passed, was a fantastic chef. His food was completely Authentic and he made me Okonomiyaki which was not on the menu. I will never eat at a finer Japanese restaurant again as long as I live unless I travel to Japan. He became my friend and I will miss him and his cooking forever.
Ethnic restaurants run by the people of that ethnicity are a rare and wonderful experience.
