I told my neighbor about my interaction with Pho 74 and my order. Without my knowledge she ordered from them tonight. I was outside and realized the delivery person was the same that delivered to me yesterday. I tried to talk to him, but communication was not there. If I owned a business especially in this day and age I would do anything I could to keep the customer happy. You would expect the owner to say something like, Ma'am I'm so sorry that there was a problem. How can I make this right? LOL He insisted I was wrong. Apparently he does not need my business. He probably doesn't need your business either. He does delivery in a Mercedes. My neighbor came over and said she lifted up the top compartment and said it was completely full of the
broth. I just don't get the disrespect.
