If you find yourself in Evergreen, you should definitely check out Cactus Jack's. The atmosphere is lively with great food options like their diner burger and crispy onion rings, and the staff is incredibly friendly and attentive. Plus, the creekside seating is perfect for enjoying a drink or snack, especially after a walk around the lake.
