The Tattered Cover Bookstore and Cafe on Colfax has such a cozy, hometown vibe where you can grab a coffee, snack, and get lost in endless shelves of new and used books, especially the awesome basement section with local authors. The staff is super helpful, the space is filled with that classic bookish charm, and nearby there's an old-school record shop that's just as cool to check out.
