After making a special request, my husband and I enjoyed a tasting menu with dishes that were thoughtfully prepared to accommodate my many allergies, including an unforgettable crab cake that literally melted in my mouth. The attentive service, especially from Jeremy who impressed us with his knowledge of bourbons and wines, combined with the cozy upscale ambiance and well-priced menu, have made this one of my favorite dining experiences in Colorado.
