Domo reopened recently with lunch and dinner service six days a week, offering a rustic, wood-and-tile interior that feels like a cozy Japanese farmhouse. The menu is focused on authentic home-style Japanese dishes like curry bowls, udon, and sashimi, all served with thoughtfully prepared sides, and the portions are generous for the price. The atmosphere is peaceful with calming Japanese music and a lovely garden to explore afterward, making it a unique and welcoming dining experience in Denver.

Domo recently reopened in November 2023, offering lunch and dinner six days a week from 11 am to 7 pm, with Mondays being the only day they are closed. The entire establishment, including the adjacent Aikido school and historical museum, boasts a rustic ambiance with wooden timbers, plaster walls, and clay tile roofs. The menu features a variety of authentic Japanese dishes such as curry bowls, udon noodles, and sashimi bowls, complemented by fountain drinks and hot green tea options, but no alcohol is served on-site. The spacious garden area at Domo provides a serene outdoor space to explore after enjoying a satisfying meal in the uniquely decorated dining room.
