The welcoming atmosphere and attentive service made the meal truly enjoyable, with dishes like the bison burger, beef brisket sandwich, and blue corn bread bursting with flavor and perfectly cooked fries that were crispy without being greasy. The historic charm of the building adds to the experience, and despite a minor issue with a kitchen inflation fee and cold seating near the door, the quality of the food and friendliness of the staff keep me coming back for more.
