The only reason I go into this KFC at all is because it's convenient and my grandson like the food. This review is based upon multiple experiences at this KFC and similar experiences at the location on West Colfax. I have NEVER walked out with everything I anticipated buying. They're out of biscuits (wait 15") or grilled chicken (10-15"), or extra crispy, out of bites, etc. Get the idea? Add to that, you rarely get what you ask for; I want honey mustard dipping sauce -- I get a packet of mustard. I get home and open my boxes, more surprises, regular instead of extra crispy, no biscuits, wrong sides -- it never stops. They must either reduce their menu items and have what they advertise or get competent managers and staff to do what they're supposed to. Colonel Sanders would have been a Corporal if this is how he wanted the business to run; as it is, he's probably rolling over in his grave. The final insult is, they don't even use honey (like any other restaurant in the world, they use honey SAUCE!!??
