This local Colorado establishment has been a beloved part of the community for decades, offering familiar dishes made with ingredients found in both fast food chains and local restaurants. The love and care put into their food is palpable when you engage with the friendly staff and savor the flavors of their classic menu items. While there may be other Mexican restaurants in Littleton, The Taco House remains a nostalgic favorite with its consistent quality, reasonable prices, and convenient drive-thru option that make it a go-to for satisfying, no-fuss meals.

I love this place. Lots of things on the menu taste very similar and low key, but all are satisfying and reasonably priced. You'll hear from people who gripe about the recipes not being "authentic", and I dismiss these as usually coming from transplants from Texas or California, who think they invented EVERYTHING. Not true. Hispanic cooking from New Mexico easily beats anything I ever ate in Texas.
