We were excited to go to El Tejado for a celebration as the food is good but found the staff to be extremely rude. The Manager was very rude to my husband when he had done nothing wrong. We had not caused any issues but the Manager decided he would not serve us. The waitress was inattentive. There was no customer service at all and we were treated very badly. We left after a couple of drinks. We were prepared to spend a lot of money there tonight, too bad they were so rude. We went elsewhere and were treated with respect and received great customer service. In the end we had a great celebration, too bad El Tajado management don't know how to treat their customers! We won't be going back there ever again unless there is a is a change in Management. Such a shame.
