The Duck Confit with Roasted Chestnut Wild Rice and Tangerine Reduction was absolutely divine, and the ginger cake with white chocolate whipped cream for dessert sealed the deal on a memorable mid-week feast. Ryan had everything ready for takeout, and every bite exceeded expectations-crispy, tender duck, perfectly baked halibut, and a wine list that even the most casual sipper would appreciate made this meal a winner from start to finish.

I received an e-mail detailing a mouthwatering meal of Duck Confit with Roasted Chestnut Wild Rice, Tangerine Reduction, and a ginger cake with white chocolate whipped cream. Adding a kale salad and lentil soup made it a complete and satisfying meal.
