I absolutely adore the pizza from Abo's! Hailing from Massachusetts, each bite takes me back home without fail. After over a decade of patronage, it's become a tradition to bring my kids here weekly, now extended to my grandkids. The food has always been consistently delicious, complemented by the warm and welcoming staff who know me by name, creating a truly family-oriented atmosphere.

We had family come in from out of town and stopped by our house last night to visit. We all felt like some really good pizza, so Abo's was at the top of our list. My husband called and order $75 worth of pizza to be delivered. When we got the order, it was wrong! We ordered a Hawaiian pizza (which is what so many people wanted) and it was not delivered. So, my husband called back to see if it was his mistake or Abo's. The man on the phone working for your company was VERY RUDE!!!! My husband said he didn't care whose mistake it was, he just wanted to order the Hawaiian pizza and would pay for even if it wasn't his mistake. The RUDE manager (whose name is Eric) took his card number again and ran it, said the order was complete. Then he RUDELY called back and said he would NOT be delivering the pizza! BUT WE HAVE BEEN CHARGED FOR IT!!!!!!! My husband said you must be joking! and your so called manager said no "I have the right to refuse service to anyone."
When I heard of this, I was NOT happy and called Eric the so called manager myself to discuss the situation. When he answered the phone he was VERY RUDE AGAIN! I told him that he was very unprofessional and he really needs to learn respect for paying customers! I have never been treated so rudely by anyone before and will NEVER use Abo's again; I will also inform everyone in my neighborhood and everyone else I know to NEVER use Abo's! This company needs to spend a lot of time on training thei employees, especially their so called made up managers. VERY VERY upset with your Northglenn location.
