Driving by Henry J's always makes me slow down for a couple of their fried flour tacos, which have a unique, crispy flatbread-style shell filled with beans, ground beef, and plenty of cheese. The food comes out hot and fresh, served by friendly staff in a simple, no-frills setting, and their hot sauce is seriously spicy and flavorful. After trying their tacos, cheddar nuggets, and the intriguing Mexidog, I can confidently say this is one of the best taco spots around, consistently delivering delicious and satisfying meals.

When I worked with the Italians hauling molasses, I would often swing by Henry J's for a pair of fried flour tacos. The flavors are unmatched, and the hot sauce is a must-try. The simplicity of the setting doesn't take away from the delicious experience of enjoying these tacos.

Ordered dinner from Henry J's. Ordered nachos. Got home. No nachos. Went back. Gal at front counter gave me small container of cheese in big brown bag. Checked order b4 leaving. Said this is nachos? She said they only consist of chips,salsa n cheese. Told her to keep it. Had to go to taco johns to get real nachos for my mom. Very disappointing. They make great sausage sandwiches tho.

this place has amazing deep fried tacos!! I would eat these over tasty tacos any day!!!
