I've now been to Simon's twice in the last few weeks, mostly because I couldn't stop talking and thinking about the food. One word: phenomenal. I ordered the Steak Deburgo both times - I'm a creature of habit. The flavor was amazing, the potatoes and veggies delicious, and the steak was cooked to perfection. I've tried bites of other items on the menu as well and all were equally delicious. Not to mention, the red velvet cake that comes at the end of the meal - best cake I've EVER had. Everything is extremely reasonable. Simon is very interactive, loves checking in with diners, and everyone seems to thoroughly enjoy working there. Everyone is very efficient and takes care of their guests. Just for reference, we arrived around 4:45 PM (they open at 5). There were about 40 people in front of us in line outside (couples/families) and we were one of the last to be seated without a wait and got a seat at the bar. However, we would have waited because it is SO worth it! Simon's will now be our go-to place!
