I absolutely adore The Stuffed Olive for its friendly staff, delicious cocktails and food-especially the shared plates like Mini Chimis, Risotto Croquettes, and Spinach Artichoke Dip-the spacious seating that offers privacy despite the open room, the impressive martini selection with favorites like Cactus Juice and Cosmopolitan, the attentive service, enjoyable live music at the perfect volume, and the great daily specials that make it an ideal spot to unwind, catch up with friends, or start a night out in downtown Des Moines.
