The fresh kimchi, hidden in the back fridge to the right of the booth, bursts with vibrant, tangy flavors that instantly became one of my favorites. Every visit offers a culinary adventure-from the generous vermicelli topped with grilled pork, shrimp, and egg roll to the perfect spring rolls with rice paper and basil-each bite delivers authentic Vietnamese goodness that keeps me coming back.
