I was in the Arby's, Roseville MI 31800 Gratiot Ave, last evening at 8:53 p.m. and had a really bad experience. I used the drive thru and was extremely hungry. I ordered the Market Fresh Turkey and Swiss. This is my favorite menu item. Who ever was working station K01 and prepared order #DT330 made what had to be the worst sandwich to ever go out this establishment. To say it was sloppy and poorly made would be a gross understatement. What really got me was I tried to call and talk to the manager on duty and the phone stayed busy. it is now 15 hours later and still it is constantly busy. I tried to call the customer service number on the National Arby's website and after being on hold for over 20 minutes a lady answered. I started to explain to her my problem and she cut me off saying she couldn't really hear me. I concluded this is just the "Arby's Way" of doing business. So I am done with Arby's and thats that.
