The service at Alex's is exceptional, with attentive staff who truly care about their customers. The food is consistently delicious, whether you're enjoying a hearty breakfast or a satisfying dinner, and the atmosphere is welcoming. Living nearby, my husband and I love to visit regularly, and we always leave happy with our meals and the friendly service.

Alex's in Berkley is a favorite spot for my husband and I, being just down the block. The friendly wait staff always make us feel right at home, and the delicious food keeps us coming back for more.

We go here at least twice a week. The food is good comes out quickly. The waitstaff is professional and pleasant.Prices are normal for what is offered.

Poor service. Waitress named Linda gave us the wrong food and when we complained about it, she got mad and shouted at us and said that we just changed our mind. She even when to a great length of insulting us after we told her that we were dissatisfied with her service.
