12/06/2013 - Terrible business
Id give less stars if I were capable, but let me start by saying how dare you go back on your word of helping out a family that is in need of something you promised them, especially the day before its suppose to happen! And when they called you hang up on them without explanation?! What kind of business is this? I have never personally been here but I will tell you one thing... I will never step foot in your building ever... And I will let everyone I come across know what you did to this family who is trying to raise money for the cost of the father having 3 different cancers and being the bread winner of his family has left them struggling, they have to very young children and they came to you for help for a certificate and you agreed... and now with your cold heart, you take back what you have said and treated them like they were not worth your time... If you didn t want to do it, then you should have said so... now its your obligation to make things right for their family! You should be ashamed of yourself... How dare you push someone in need away... Who should want to go to a business that treats their customers who are in need like they don't matter? The customers keep them afloat, you would think that they could give back, even just a little... How terrible!
