Next to the real thing
Open Pit - original pour 1/3 of the bottle out into another container
Add 2tsp of sugar
4-5 dashes of Worcestershire
2-3 dashes of tobasco
Dash of ketchup
Then add yellow mustard gradually shaking in between adding to get the pointe bbq color and taste.
It’s the closest thing I’ve gotten to the original flavor

Best ribs Ive ever had. Their sauce was to die for. My mom and her guy used to bring home their leftovers. Last time I had was 48 years ago, when I was 8 yrs old. I cannot get that flavor out of my mind. Please, Please if anyone has a sauce recipe like theirs....Please share..
