I go to this restaurant alot and ordinarily I love the Baked Salmon Dinner. Today, however, when I ordered, I was told that the restaurant was out of veggies. Did I still want the baked salmon? I said yes. Boy was I shocked when I saw the bill - they charged me the regular price for the meal.
I asked if I could at least have a larger portion of salmon. No. Take it or leave it - no price break at all and no other compensation for the inconvenience.
What terrible customer service!
