My bride and I were long time Sparkies customers. We liked the Quaint Cozy dinner engagement experience!
We were both SCHOCKED after the remodel! Sparkies looks like it was designed by a pipe fitter! It is no longer a quiet place for a good lunch and dinner. It has turned into a Stainless Steel and pipe sports bar!
It is so loud everything echoes.
I'm sorry to say they will be changing clientele from the older wine drinking and dining family types.
If you like a loud sports bar with decient food this may be the place for you. It is no longer the place for us!
We will miss the old Sparkies.
