Arun was incredibly patient and kind when I first visited, offering fantastic recommendations that made the tea and food even more enjoyable. After accidentally spilling my boba, the staff quickly replaced it for free, which truly brightened my day and showed how caring they are. The welcoming, inclusive atmosphere combined with a huge variety of flavors and friendly service keeps me coming back every time I'm in Ferndale.
