When we decided to tie the knot, Cutting Edge caught my attention right away as a preferred vendor from our venue, The Whiskey Factory. After chatting with Kortney, I felt like we'd found culinary gold; their budget transparency and willingness to customize our menu left me buzzing with excitement. The food? Let me tell you, it was a flavor explosion from the short ribs to the avocado key lime pie that had me negotiating with my stomach for dessert real estate!

We decided to hire Cutting Edge as our wedding caterer after discovering they were a preferred vendor at The Whiskey Factory. From the initial conversation with Kortney, it was evident that their menu customization and transparency about budget would make them a fantastic choice for our special day. The food surpassed our expectations with generous portion sizes, and our guests couldn't stop talking about the delicious short ribs, pesto crusted whitefish, and unique passed appetizers like jerk chicken and vegan sushi. The hot food, professional service, and diverse menu options truly made our wedding food experience unforgettable.
