This restaurant never gets anything right. Waitress has an attitude. Food is never cooked. And then they wonder why they have no business. It’s really sad hazel park could really use a good restaurant

The restaurant made a mistake with my my food, when i went to get my corrected order they were blaming me telling me i ordered wrong and tried to make me pay again. Instead of apologizing and giving me my food the lied about everything to make themselves look good and me look bad, very bad business. There have been other times i brought food home and it was not right but i did not say anything because they usually just forgot ranch or dressings. Not that they would because they do nothing wrong but they lost a good customer.

This place would be a 5 star and was before the pandemic and apparently this place lost all their experienced and pleasant and emotionally mature wait staff. The staff is now unpleasant like petulant children and like children don't like requests and can't correctly add up a bill or give correct change without adult assistance or making comments about customers in the kitchen and behind the counter that I am sure they think customers don't hear, but we did. Too bad the food is really well made and very reasonably priced but we are taking our business elsewhere until they get some adults on the wait staff.

Ordered the coney grill sandwich. Pastrami perfectly prepared with crispy fries. My girl ordered a burger. My mouth is still watering thinking about my sandwich. May come this weekend to try their breakfast.

Not so great, 2 cheesburger deluxe- we got burger with fries and nothing else. Bill was over $17.
