The food truck in my neighborhood serves up some seriously fresh and delicious meals, with a kitchen that's always kept clean. I do miss the ground turkey option, though. Today, I tried the birria tacos but found them lacking, and the salsa had a strong vinegar taste. However, the deep-fried shrimp burrito was a standout and the churros were amazing.
