CHARCOAL BURGERS
Almost always burnt burgers- we’ve tried this location many times because we love Shake Shack in NYC. I think they leave the burgers on the grill waiting for customers rather than starting when ordering is placed. It’s nothing like the Shake Shack in NYC. These burgers are DISGUSTING. Absolutely NO quality control.
