Got a bagel breakfast sandwich and both sides of my bagel were burnt. I'm talking the bagel was black on the whole inside of the bagel. I was guessing the toaster was to high or something. Idk. Probably shouldn't serve burnt food. I couldn't even get a bite into it it was so hard.
