I often order lunch from 7 Greens on DoorDash or stop by after workouts at the YMCA because they offer a wide variety of fresh, flavorful, and healthy options like salads, bowls, and smoothies with friendly staff and great customer service, though I wish they had longer hours and weekend availability, and while prices can be a bit steep, the quality and selection make it worth it.

I love grabbing lunch from 7 Greens on DoorDash or swinging by after a workout at the YMCA. Wish they were open longer and on weekends though! The Buddha Bowl is my go-to, and adding chicken to the Yoga Girl bowl is a tasty twist. Also, the Maurice Who? salad is a must-try. Staff is super friendly, but ordering through DoorDash came without a bag or silverware, which was odd. Prices are a bit steep, but for fresh and healthy options, it's worth it.
