Their cakes are amazing been buying from them for every special occasion since 1980’s!! Never been disappointed and everyone always asked where the cake came from - good and bad part is the cake is always eaten - no leftovers !!

I went in to elite sweets this past Saturday I was there to pick up a prepaid order. While waiting to be waited on the two ladies standing with me noticed they were flies inside the cake case.
The two ladies standing with me, turned around and left. One of the ladies said she was going to Joes. I said well, if the order I was picking up with mine, and had not already been paid, for I would probably do the same. I asked to speak with a manager who did come out from behind as explained to her about their cake, case being filthy, dirty, and look like it hadn’t been cleaned in months, and that they were flies landing on the cakes she just stood there with no response I said, thanks for listening. I took the order and left so sad that used to be one of my favorite Bakery’s

I asked to speak to the manager regarding a situation, he picked up the phone and literally cursed me out!! He never asked me a question, he never tried to understand what happened, he just said “What the F#%K do you want?” and hung up the phone!!. I will never purchase a cake from Elite Sweets again! The worst customer experience I’ve ever had.

Every order and purchase since 2001, has been awesomely delicious. My family and guess are amazed with the taste, quality and variety of these baked goods. I look forward to each occasion I need to make a purchase.

Will not order the white chocolate alpine cake again ,was our family favorite not sure why it was all filling.... It has way to much filling/ white mousse and very little cake. .

I have never been disappointed by this bakery. It is easily the best in southeast Michigan. The cakes and tortes are all delightful. Their buttercream frosting is perfectly creamy. The flavor selections are very creative. The artistry of decorations is beautiful. We're trying our first cheese cake this week, I can't wait.

Their tortes are delicious, moist and beautifully decorated! Their staff is informative, friendly and helpful. I live in Clinton Twp and am willing to drive 30 miles for one of their creations!

They couldn't find a PAID IN CASH order, so they sold the Birthday Girl a smaller one that was already made, and charged her $22 for it!
They called to say they found the PAID order, and that it was ready for her to pick-up. Robert said he would refund the $22 that he charged her for the smaller cake, since they made the mistake and she was driving all the way back there.
When she arrived, he wouldn't refund the $22 because she didn't bring the other cake back so they could sell it to someone else.
Is this even safe? Selling a returned cake?
They lost our business- and any referral business- TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE and UNSAFE SALES.
