The fried rice here is legendary, and their sweet and sour chicken hits that perfect balance of tangy and savory that keeps me coming back for over two decades. While the food and portions never disappoint and prices stay reasonable, the customer service could definitely use a little polish-don't expect a chatty dining experience, it's all about the food. Takeout is king these days, with sealed containers that keep everything fresh and hot, making the journey from Southfield totally worth it every single time.

The food at The Golden Bowl is delicious and I've been a loyal customer for over 25 years. The prices are fair and the portion sizes are generous. However, I wish they would improve their customer service as it can sometimes be lacking. Despite that, the flavors are always on point and I keep coming back for more.

The quality of the food has dropped immensely used to be a good place but they are getting chintzy with their egg drop soup old noodles and the same price if not higher for less quality they lost me as a customer I tried to tell him about their problem but they didn't want to hear it so now I shop around for a new place
