First, this isn't a complaint against the Virgina, MN store, but the customer service line. I ordered a big dinner box, one pizza was plain cheese for kids. It came with Sriracha drizzle. No big deal, called to inform so I could get the correct order. I was told I would get a manager call back. Called back after 20 minutes of not hearing from a manager. The manager told me that is how I placed the order. Absolutely wrong. I explained this wasn't the first time they have made a mistake with drizzle but I never bothered to complain, but being this was for kids they couldn't eat it. Also mentioned that the soda I ordered was out so I was brought a different soda without being asked what else I'd like. Again, that wasn't a big deal but my kids can't eat this pizza. Wasn't rude or condescending, but the manager got very defensive and b*tchy. So I asked, "Basically you're saying you aren't going to try and rectify this?" I'm not sure if she didn't know the meaning of rectify or if she's just a b*tch, but she hung up on me. So I call back. Get another girl who is nice enough for the first 10 seconds, then tells me I shouldn't have ordered it if I didn't want it, but that she'd make sure the manager was reprimanded for hanging up. Told her I didn't care about that, I just wanted my kid's pizza. She told me there's nothing they can do. Explained to her this is maybe the 4th or 5th time this mistake has been made and I won't be ordering from PH again. She said sorry (but in a tone to make sure I understood she was obviously not sorry) and asked if I'd like her to place the correct order. Um, NO. By FAR the rudest customer service experience I have EVER had. A very simple fix... hell, take back the incorrect pizza. We didn't even touch it. Cannot believe a company allows their customers to be treated like such absolute SH*T. But I can guarantee it will not happen again because they have lost our business and I will definitely be telling people what an awful experience this was. I don't normally post reviews or complain on fb, but I felt I needed to vent and make someone who cares at PH aware of what their customers are being treated like.
