The ice cream at Chocolate Shoppe in Duluth is delicious and reasonably priced, with a variety of unique flavors available. Although they are still getting all their equipment up and running, the service is good and the outdoor seating is pleasant. I would definitely recommend trying their award-winning Super Premium Ice Cream, including flavors like Zanzibar Chocolate and The Bleep Just Got Serious.
