The handcut French fries were absolutely outstanding, while the burger was delicious but slightly overshadowed by a patty that was a bit too large for the perfectly balanced bun. The friendly staff, clean atmosphere, and thoughtfully crafted menu made for an enjoyable evening, and it's clear the new ownership has brought a wonderful energy and quality to this classic up north bar and grill.

The hand-cut French fries are definitely worth five stars, although the burger could use a slightly smaller patty. It's all about the perfect ratio of meat to bun, and this place nails it. The friendly staff and clean atmosphere make for an enjoyable dining experience that keeps me coming back for more.
