Durham feels incomplete without Banh's, a spot I've cherished since childhood, especially for their Saturday and Wednesday specials like the vegetarian plate with its outstanding black bean sauce tofu. The staff's attention to detail and warmth make every visit memorable, and the dishes-from ginger chicken to sesame chicken-are consistently flavorful and satisfying. Despite its modest appearance, the food's authenticity, freshness, and affordability keep me coming back time and again.

Without Banh's, Durham would truly be missing a vibrant heartbeat. The owners and staff are like family, and I have fond memories of learning to make spring rolls as a kid, making every visit feel like a warm reunion. With delicious specials on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and dishes like ginger tofu that even a tofu skeptic like me can't resist, this cozy restaurant is a culinary treasure that I always look forward to revisiting!
