10/19/2011 - Craig
My first experience was today, Wednesday, October 19, 2011. I ordered the Club Croissant. The club croissant consisted of turkey, black forest ham, bacon, lettuce, tomato, mayo and provolone cheese. I asked for no cheese and no pickle and potato salad. It was a to go order. When I returned to the office, I had a club croissant, with cheese and potato chips. The ratio of turkey to ham was 80% to 20%. The menu listed the sandwich as a Club Croissant. The menu did say croissants were an additional $0.49. If they are going to charge extra for the croissant, the menu should list it a Club Sandwich. They did manage to leave off the pickle.

Food is good, but the customer service leaves a lot to be desired.
