They do not even know what ingredients they use! They have NO interest in helping people with dietary restrictions!

We were planning to have a major party there, but had to confirm that there would be something for my wife to eat while there. She contacted them to find out about vegetarian options, and was told they were a steak house and were not interested in making anything special for her. She asked about what cheese they used in their salads to find out if it had rennin as an ingredient. We were told they did not know the ingredients of the cheese and were NOT willing to find out! Apparently they cannot even read the ingredient labels on their food constituents. And these were the comments that came from their executive chef.

Congratulations on loosing both my respect and a 50 person party!!!

I had friends over from Calgary and took them there for dinner. We were ten in all. The service was good but the food was nothing to write about, the blackened cod, steak, etc. No body on the table was able to finish his/her food partly because food wasn't great, and though we packed the rest home, no one touched them and we had to throw them away.
I am not sure I will be going there for dinner again.
