Been here for the first time and had a great experience.
Well organized and well trained staff. Owner himself was present and is very cool and down to earth.
Food was good and the tables are arranged considering Covid 19 restrictions. Everyone has Masks and the location was neat and tidy.

I went to this Dairy Queen on Sunday February 14, 2021. I used a ‘BOGO box of Dilly bars or ice cream sandwiches and get a second one for $0.99’ offer from the DQ app. I was told that I could have one of each. I get home, and see that I was given a box of 12 ice cream sandwiches, but only 6 Dilly bars. I called them back, and they said that all they have are boxes of 6 for the Dilly bars. I told them that I feel that I got shorted and that they owe me another 6 Dilly bars. They were not very cooperative. I spoke to two individuals at that location, and neither would answer my question, of how would they feel if they were me? All they kept saying is that all that they have are boxes of 6 Dilly bars, and they were not about to give me another 6 Dilly bars. One individual even went so far, as to say that they tell all their customers, that all they have are boxes of 6 Dilly bars, when I told them that they should have told me, that all that I was getting was a box of 6 Dilly bars, instead of 12, to go with the 12 ice cream sandwiches. Do they really think, that I would have agreed to pay full price for a box of 12 ice cream sandwiches, and pay $0.99 for only SIX Dilly bars? No. I would have asked for either all Dilly bars or all ice cream sandwiches. Not this rip-off scenario. When I told them that I would put in a complaint with HQ, they were unconcerned, and said that I could do whatever I want. Is this good customer service?! DQ HQ replied with: "Your comments have been documented and forwarded to the independent franchise owner of this restaurant for their information and investigation. Additionally, I have forwarded your concerns to all appropriate DQC personnel for their review." They offered me nothing. Usually, this DQ is good. Until a problem arises. Then they show their true colours. They show that they DGAF about their customers. Nor do they GAF about these reviews. DQ is a second-rate company. They emailed me an offer that NONE of the 3 DQ's near me participate in. Useless.
