I am absolutely hooked on the bibimbap bowl at Koryo in West Edmonton Mall! This dish is my ultimate go-to whenever I visit the mall. The flavors are incredibly addictive, especially when paired with their special sauce. While I wish they offered a brown rice option for a healthier choice, I can't get enough of the BBQ beef and garlic potatoes - they are truly fit for a king in the food court!
