I proceeded to tell the staff there was a mistake made with my coffee the day before and they were hesitant to give me a complimentary coffee to make up for the error the next day based on my claim. I was given a number to call if it happened again. I called several weeks later with a mistaken coffee and no answer. Unfortunately I don't have time in the morning to go through the drive through twice so I cannot return. It happened again and I was told I was lying about my coffee being not correct. The manager yelled at me and I yelled back explaining to her that mistakes happen and she stated not at this store. So then she suggested I try the coffee before leaving the drive through from now on and I wholeheartedly agreed. Now they are rude to me and close the window as I am trying the coffee. Also they make a point of insisting I try it first every single day. Like 6 times a week I am reminded like a child to try my coffee first. Often several of the staff members come to stare at me for some reason also. I'm sorry they made a mistake on my order and sorry they cannot own up to it. I also did not appreciate them suggesting I was lying or perhaps trying to get a free coffee for no reason. I earn well over 100k a year and don't need free coffee. I simply want the product I Pay for as I expect it to consistently taste. Is that too much to ask? Also I would love it if they didn't treat me poorly now after this happened. It's like they hate me and have it out for me. Who knows what they might be doing to my coffee?
