I visited a bakery today and was surprised to discover that it had previously been located in West Edmonton Mall a few years ago. I enjoyed meeting Ruby as part of Yeg Food Crawl and sampling some of the bakery's Hong Kong style desserts. The coconut dessert I tried was delicious, and I look forward to trying more of their offerings.
