The Tang Bistro offers authentic Xi'an cuisine, featuring hand-pulled noodles and a variety of flavorful dishes. I particularly enjoyed the Liang Pi cold noodles and the BBQ lamb skewers, which were both well-seasoned and satisfying. Despite some service delays, the spacious atmosphere and reasonable prices make it a great option for anyone craving northern Chinese food.
