This place is charming and inviting. We enjoyed some delicious drip coffees while chatting away. The barista was friendly and the coffee was excellent. It wasn't too crowded, and we had a great time relaxing and savoring our drinks.

I was behind Jared Davis and boy what a nasty piece of work he was. I think he'd only be satisfied with robots servicing him with salty and consistently replicated carbon copies of the same thing everyday... He should stick with his mcdonald's breakfast if he can't decide for himself what he wants to eat. I give Jared 1 out of 5 stars rating as a customer.

Terrible service by an employee named Alexa. Very short and rude when asked questions. I walked in and was greeted by a very annoyed glance (the shop was quite busy at the time). When I walked up to the register Alexa at first didnt even approach, she was reading something right behind the register. I waited a moment and she eventually took my order. I asked for a recommendation on what sandwich to buy and she simply said "I don't know, I like them all" with a shoulder shrug and emotionless face. I went with a breakfast pesto sandwich and it was not at all worth the cost. Came out of a plastic package and fell apart when I tried eating it, ended up throwing out half. Half cooked and tasteless. I would never recommend going here after two sub par experiences and this last being truly terrible. Management really needs to take a look at who they have employed. People become lackadaisical after being employed for so long. Security is a dangerous thing in some cases.
