I always head to Jack's for the best burgers in town, along with impeccable service and mouthwatering options like the hangover burger. It's wise to avoid peak hours due to the bustling crowd, so I usually opt for quieter times to enjoy my meal hassle-free. While the prices may be a bit steep and the fries not included, the overall experience at Jack's is consistently satisfying with its delicious burgers and friendly staff.

Excellent food

I have just experienced one of the worst eating places I have ever been to. It was very busy so we thought we would try it out. (Must be people from the farmers market who were not aware of the food and service) We waited 40 minutes, and the guy who took our order kept saying we were next, when I asked how much longer it would be. (we were not next and several orders after that we finally got our food. The shake we ordered was mostly cold liquid. The hamburger was luke warm, as well as the fries. The poutine.....cold. When I mentioned that to the same guy who took our order, he did not respond.
I asked to talk with the manager, he never came over. As we were leaving I told one of the servers how bad it was, she just look beyond me and would not respond. What a disgraceful eating place. Please don't waste your time and money!
